Washington, D.C. –32BJ SEIU today announced their endorsement of Bruce Spiva for Attorney General on behalf of the nation’s largest property services workers union, which includes over 21,000 contracted airport service workers, janitors and security officers in the D.C. area.  

“Bruce Spiva will prioritize helping working-class families better afford the high cost of living in D.C. and protect them from unscrupulous employers by strongly enforcing our labor laws,” said Jaime Contreras, Executive Vice President of 32BJ SEIU. “Essential workers trust Spiva based on his dedication and experience representing labor unions and protecting civil rights.”

With more than 175,000 members in 12 states, including over 20,000 in the D.C. Area and Baltimore, 32BJ SEIU is the largest property service workers union in the country.
